Confetti Chenille by the Inch

This confetti chenille has three different colors in the layers, so YOU get to choose the color you would like to spotlight. Once brushed, the color on the top layer will always be the dominate color. It’s like magic! Sew with the top fabric up and you get one look, flip the strip over and sew it with the bottom layer on top and it looks totally different. You will have twice the fun using new Confetti!
